How is this calculated?

Annual estimate: daily visitors × days open × percentage who play = paid rounds. Paid rounds × average ticket price = admission revenue.

Seasonal estimate: for each season, days open × [(daytime rounds × daytime price) + (evening rounds × evening price)] = admission revenue. The seasons are then added together.

Additional sales: extra group bookings × extra revenue per group, plus paid rounds × food and drink spend, plus other annual revenue.

Total gross revenue: admission revenue + additional sales. The lower and higher comparisons are simply 75% and 125% of that total. They are not probabilities or market forecasts.

Choose one calculation method. Do not add the annual and seasonal estimates together. Seasonal open days cannot total more than 366.
